Description:
We’re looking for a Remote HR Coordinator to support our HR team by managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You’ll assist in the full cycle of recruitment, from posting job ads to scheduling interviews and onboarding new team members. You’ll be responsible for scheduling interviews, preparing onboarding materials, and supporting new hires throughout their first days. You’ll handle administrative tasks like maintaining employee records, tracking attendance, and supporting payroll processes. You’ll ensure that employees have the resources they need to succeed, from training programs to performance reviews. You’ll assist in the development of HR policies, making sure they reflect our values and industry best practices. You’ll be an advocate for a positive work environment, facilitating employee engagement and addressing concerns as they arise. You’ll assist with benefits administration, helping employees understand their options and navigating health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. You’ll help manage the company’s benefit programs, ensuring employees have the information they need to make informed decisions.
Basic Qualifications:
- Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and employment verifications as part of the hiring pipeline.
- Track key HR metrics—turnover, onboarding completion, survey results—and present findings in simple reports or dashboards.
- Support visa, contract, or remote work documentation processes for international employees and contractors.
- Support remote onboarding workflows by preparing checklists, provisioning accounts, and ensuring new hires feel welcome from day one.
- Document internal processes clearly so they can be reused, delegated, or scaled.

- Able to draft offer letters, collect onboarding documents, and track completion status.
