We’re hiring a Hairdresser who treats every appointment as a collaboration — someone who listens closely, works skillfully, and respects that each client has their own story and style. You’ll offer haircuts, color services, treatments, and styling with a modern approach and a high attention to detail. You’ll start each service with a personalized consultation, listening carefully and offering expert advice based on hair type and lifestyle. You’ll stay on top of style trends — from precision bobs to creative color melts — and confidently adapt them to individual needs. You’ll maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensuring your tools, station, and equipment are always ready for the next guest. You’ll stay updated on new styles, color formulas, and techniques to keep your skills sharp and your clients inspired. You’ll maintain a clean, organized station and follow all sanitation and safety protocols with consistency and care. You’ll build lasting relationships with clients, becoming a trusted part of their self-care routine. You’ll manage your own schedule or work with reception to ensure smooth daily flow and minimal client wait times.

Basic Qualifications:

• Keep learning, practicing, and growing—hair artistry is always evolving.
• Color, bleach, highlight, or tone hair while maintaining hair health and achieving the right shade.
• Handle walk-ins and scheduled appointments efficiently to reduce wait times.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance that reflects the salon’s standards.
• Handle feedback or concerns gracefully, offering adjustments or touch-ups when necessary.

Preferred:

• Proficient in using professional tools such as scissors, clippers, blow dryers, straighteners, and curling irons.
• Able to recommend styles, treatments, or products based on hair condition and face shape.
• Follows hygiene and sanitation standards for tools, stations, and client comfort.
• Background or strong passion in cosmetology, beauty, or fashion.
• Willing to support reception tasks like greeting clients or managing bookings if needed.
