Description:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fiverr Gig Manager to optimize our presence and drive sales on the platform. You’ll manage and create gigs, making sure each one is appealing, well-structured, and aligned with Fiverr’s best practices. You’ll monitor gig performance, using data analytics to identify trends, optimize listings, and improve conversion rates. You’ll analyze gig data, track performance, and adjust listings based on results to maximize conversions and visibility. You’ll analyze gig performance and implement strategies to increase visibility, improve rankings, and boost sales. You’ll be the point of contact for clients, handling orders, ensuring high-quality communication, and maintaining excellent reviews. You’ll identify trends, analyze competitors, and find new ways to differentiate our services and gain an edge over the competition. You’ll track customer feedback, ensuring that positive reviews and testimonials are consistently received. You’ll optimize gig photos, videos, and keywords, making sure everything is aligned with Fiverr’s search engine requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

• Coordinate seasonal campaigns, discounts, or limited-time bundles to boost gig traffic.
• Track revenue, conversion rates, and repeat customer behavior using Fiverr analytics or third-party tools.
• Balance multiple orders at once without compromising delivery standards or client communication quality.
• Maintain a consistent delivery process with reusable templates, checklists, and file structures for speed and quality.
• Collaborate with freelancers (writers, editors, designers, etc.) if the gig requires multiple contributors.

Preferred:

• Comfortable taking initiative to suggest new services, bundles, or seasonal promotions.
• Comfortable writing clear, compelling gig titles, descriptions, and FAQs.
• Can design gig thumbnails and banners that attract clicks and reflect the brand.
• Pays close attention to gig delivery timelines, customer expectations, and quality standards.
• Familiar with Fiverr analytics tools and can monitor impressions, clicks, and conversion rates.

This remote role provides flexibility, allowing you to work independently while managing multiple gigs at once.
