Description:

We’re looking for an Interior Designer who blends aesthetics with purpose — someone who can shape spaces that not only look beautiful, but feel intentional, functional, and alive. You’ll lead interior design projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces, from initial client briefing to final styling. You’ll lead the development of mood boards, floor plans, 3D visualizations, and detailed design presentations. You’ll create detailed design packages including technical drawings, FF&E selections, lighting plans, and mood boards. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and branding experts to ensure cohesion from concept to reality. You’ll select materials that are as practical as they are beautiful, ensuring comfort, durability, and long-term enjoyment. You’ll be on-site during key phases to guide execution, solve design challenges, and protect the original vision. You’ll work hand-in-hand with lighting designers, furniture makers, and stylists to elevate every element of the space. We’ll trust you to balance budgets and timelines while protecting the integrity of your design.

Basic Qualifications:

• Take detailed measurements and assess the spatial potential of residential or commercial interiors.
• Guide clients through the design process—from first consultation to final styling day.
• Use design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max for precision and presentation.
• Oversee deliveries, installations, and final walk-throughs to ensure every detail is right.
• Balance color palettes, textures, and lighting to create cohesive atmospheres.

Preferred:

• Open to designing for various styles—from minimalist and modern to boho, traditional, or eclectic.
• Can manage multiple client projects simultaneously and adapt to evolving scope or feedback.
• Pays strong attention to proportion, harmony, texture, and balance in all design elements.
• Able to work with high-end or budget-conscious projects while maintaining design integrity.
• Willing to create custom furniture or fixture specifications when needed to enhance space personalization.

You should be comfortable with tools like SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite, and hand sketching when needed. You should be comfortable using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or Enscape to present design intent clearly.
