Description:
We’re offering a Secretary Internship to someone who wants to develop strong organizational and administrative skills in a real office environment. You’ll start by assisting with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and learning how to manage a busy calendar. You’ll observe how documents are drafted, filed, and formatted — and slowly begin handling these tasks under supervision. You’ll learn to prioritize tasks, stay calm under time pressure, and manage multiple assignments with attention to detail. You’ll observe how to manage confidential files, keep sensitive information secure, and communicate with professionalism and discretion. You’ll help manage calendars, schedule appointments, and avoid conflicts through careful coordination. You’ll be responsible for restocking supplies, maintaining order in shared spaces, and supporting general office readiness. You’ll support document control by updating databases, naming files clearly, and keeping records consistent and accessible. You’ll be trusted with small but important responsibilities like printing, filing, and preparing materials for events or reviews.
Basic Qualifications:
- Support office operations by coordinating between departments, vendors, and visitors.
- Ensure deadlines are met by proactively reminding others and managing shared calendars.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives or departments.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts or logistical issues before they become a problem.
- Take meeting minutes, distribute action items, and follow up on task completion when necessary.
Preferred:
- Able to manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle email and phone communications professionally.
- Values professionalism, reliability, and discretion in administrative responsibilities.
- Can assist in onboarding new employees by preparing documents, IDs, and orientation materials.

- Willing to liaise with building management, IT support, or external partners for office maintenance needs.
