We’re looking for a talented and creative Content Writer to join our remote team and help produce high-quality, engaging content. You’ll be responsible for writing blog posts, articles, web copy, and social media content that align with our marketing goals. You’ll conduct thorough research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitive content to create relevant and fresh material. You’ll ensure all content is optimized for SEO, using best practices to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings. You’ll produce clear, concise, and engaging content that educates, informs, and entertains our readers while supporting business goals. You’ll write compelling copy for email campaigns, landing pages, product descriptions, and more to drive customer action. You’ll manage multiple content projects at once, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality is maintained. You’ll manage your time effectively, working on multiple writing projects and ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.

Basic Qualifications:

• Communicate clearly with remote teams—share status updates, flag blockers, and ask clarifying questions early.
• Edit and update older content to keep it relevant and accurate over time (especially for evergreen pieces).
• Write content that drives traffic, encourages engagement, or supports conversions—depending on the project goal.
• Support product, marketing, or sales teams by creating case studies, product write-ups, or FAQs.
• Meet deadlines consistently while managing multiple projects, tracking progress with tools like Trello, Notion, or Google Docs.

Preferred:

• Can proofread and edit content for tone, structure, and engagement value.
• Able to adapt writing style to match tone, audience, and brand guidelines.
• Familiar with content formats like how-tos, listicles, interviews, and case studies.
• Thrives in remote work environments with creative freedom and clear expectations.
• Interested in content strategy, storytelling, and audience growth through writing.
