Description:

We’re hiring a Call Center Operator who’s friendly, focused, and ready to help customers solve problems and get the answers they need — ideal for someone who communicates clearly and stays calm under pressure. You’ll handle incoming calls from customers, answering questions, resolving issues, or directing them to the right department. You’ll be trained to use call scripts, CRM tools, and objection-handling techniques to keep conversations flowing and results strong. You’ll be trained to use diagnostic tools, scripts, and knowledge bases to identify and resolve common technical concerns. You’ll be trained to manage high call volumes efficiently while still providing personalized, respectful support. You’ll stay connected with your team through virtual meetings, chat channels, and support ticket systems. You’ll maintain a polite and professional tone — even when handling frustrated or confused customers. You’ll handle rejection professionally, using it as motivation to refine your pitch and keep moving forward. You’ll participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and call reviews to constantly improve your delivery and results.

Basic Qualifications:

• Support other team members by offering guidance or jumping in during peak call times.
• Document each interaction clearly in the system, including outcomes and follow-up steps.
• Adapt to rotating shifts, holidays, or extended hours when required by business needs.
• Use multiple systems or software tools at once while staying focused and clear on the call.
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to supervisors while maintaining professionalism.

Preferred:

• Familiar with call dispositioning and using notes effectively for future customer interactions.
• Understands data privacy policies, call recording compliance, and the importance of confidentiality.
• Comfortable multitasking between talking, typing, and navigating internal systems during live calls.
• Capable of working with scripts but also thinking critically when exceptions arise.
• Organized in logging call details, updating customer records, and managing follow-ups accurately.

You’ll participate in product training sessions to stay current on new tools, updates, and company technologies.
