Description:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented SEO Specialist to help drive organic traffic and improve search rankings across various platforms. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing effective SEO strategies that drive organic traffic to the website. You’ll conduct keyword research to identify valuable search terms and create targeted content strategies for organic growth. You’ll work on-site SEO, optimizing content, meta tags, header tags, and internal linking to improve search engine rankings. You’ll assist with off-site SEO, including link building, outreach, and other strategies to boost website authority and backlinks. You’ll use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs to track SEO performance and gather data-driven insights. You’ll perform technical SEO audits, identifying and addressing issues such as site speed, mobile optimization, and crawlability. You’ll collaborate with the content team to ensure that all written content is SEO-optimized, targeting high-converting keywords. You’ll stay informed about search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure strategies remain effective and up to date.

Basic Qualifications:

• Educate teammates or clients on SEO basics through documentation, training sessions, or informal coaching.
• Assist with site migrations, rebrands, or new feature launches from an SEO perspective—ensuring redirects, structure, and content are handled properly.
• Stay updated with algorithm changes and SEO trends to ensure strategies stay effective and compliant with Google’s guidelines.
• Implement schema markup (structured data) to enhance rich snippets and improve search visibility.
• Conduct keyword research using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Keyword Planner to identify high-potential opportunities.
