Description:

We’re hiring a skilled and creative UX/UI Designer to join our remote team and design intuitive and engaging user experiences. You’ll be responsible for designing seamless user experiences that meet both user needs and business goals. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create cohesive and innovative designs. You’ll conduct user research, create personas, and design user flows to inform the design process. You’ll create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders. You’ll ensure that the design is consistent, intuitive, and aesthetically aligned with the brand’s identity. You’ll perform usability testing, gathering feedback from users and iterating on designs to improve the user experience. You’ll participate in design critiques and collaborate with the team to improve and refine designs before final delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

• Present design ideas and rationale confidently in design reviews or stakeholder syncs.
• Balance aesthetic quality with practical UX—your designs should feel beautiful *and* get users where they need to go.
• Iterate on feedback quickly and thoughtfully, refining designs based on input from users, developers, and product teams.
• Collaborate with QA or customer support teams to understand post-launch feedback and refine designs.
• Advocate for the user at every stage of the product lifecycle while keeping business goals in mind.

Preferred:

• Comfortable presenting design ideas and justifying decisions based on user needs and business goals.
• Experience designing user interfaces for web and/or mobile applications.
• Open to participating in team rituals like design critiques, sprints, and reviews.
• Can create wireframes, user flows, low- and high-fidelity prototypes based on product requirements.
• Knows how to conduct basic user research, usability testing, and gather actionable feedback.
