Description:
We’re hiring a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support and help streamline daily operations. You’ll be responsible for managing the calendar, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that tasks and deadlines are tracked efficiently. You’ll assist with email management, helping to prioritize and respond to messages in a timely and professional manner. You’ll handle data entry tasks, organizing files, and keeping records up-to-date and accessible for the team. You’ll coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and preparing detailed travel itineraries for team members. You’ll handle customer service tasks, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. You’ll assist with managing social media accounts, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and interacting with followers. You’ll help with research projects, gathering relevant data and providing summaries to assist in decision-making. You’ll handle administrative tasks such as managing contacts, preparing internal communications, and coordinating team projects.
Basic Qualifications:
- Use productivity tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Airtable, Calendly, etc.) efficiently and independently.
- Manage task lists in tools like Trello, Notion, or Asana, updating progress and checking in when deadlines approach.
- Update websites, social bios, or online profiles with fresh content or links if requested.
- Support remote teams by jumping into short-term projects like research, outreach, or organizing launches.
- Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, or team members on basic logistics, follow-ups, or document sharing.
Preferred:
- Thrives in remote-first teams and enjoys building long-term working relationships.
- Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Notion, or Trello.
- Can support basic customer service, invoicing, or CRM updates.
- Can jump between administrative, creative, and technical tasks based on need.
