Description:

We’re seeking an Affiliate Marketing Assistant who’s excited to grow within the world of performance-based marketing and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. You’ll play a key support role by managing outreach lists, keeping tabs on partner performance, and making sure every affiliate has what they need to succeed. You’ll be the person behind the scenes ensuring affiliates get what they need when they need it — from promo assets and discount codes to timely communication and performance updates. You’ll help keep affiliate data clean and accurate, monitor performance metrics, and flag trends that deserve a second look. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to keep content and promotions aligned, and you’ll track what’s working across channels so we can double down where it matters. You’re the kind of person who likes working with both people and data — someone who can pivot from creating a spreadsheet to drafting a message without missing a beat.

Basic Qualifications:

• Support outreach campaigns for seasonal promotions, product launches, or high-conversion windows.
• Maintain the affiliate database, keeping track of contacts, contracts, and performance data in an organized way.
• Review affiliate applications and assist in vetting for brand fit, audience relevance, and quality.
• Join affiliate webinars, training calls, or community chats to stay connected and informed.
• Maintain updated documentation and how-to guides to make affiliate onboarding smoother and less manual.

Preferred:

• Experience with email outreach tools or CRM platforms is a plus.
• Knows how to research and evaluate potential affiliate partners or influencers.
• Organized when it comes to managing partner lists, terms, and payments.
• Strong communication skills for reaching out to partners and handling follow-ups.
• Values honesty, transparency, and clear communication in partnerships.
