Description:

We’re seeking an Interior Designer who can bring spaces to life through thoughtful planning, cohesive aesthetics, and a deep understanding of how people experience environments — from the ground up. You’ll lead interior design projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces, from initial client briefing to final styling. You’ll create layouts, finishes palettes, and 3D visualizations that reflect the unique goals and personalities of each client. You’ll interpret client goals into cohesive spatial experiences, weaving together light, material, texture, and proportion. You’ll collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to align your vision with building constraints and timelines. We’ll rely on you to manage timelines, suppliers, budgets, and contractors while maintaining creative integrity. You’ll attend site walkthroughs, adapt to on-site realities, and ensure every detail meets your standards. You’ll be present on-site for walkthroughs, installations, and those final finishing touches that complete the atmosphere. We’ll trust you to balance budgets and timelines while protecting the integrity of your design.

Basic Qualifications:

• Adapt layouts and plans based on space constraints, regulations, and client feedback.
• Balance aesthetics with practicality—beautiful spaces still need to function day to day.
• Be the calm expert in high-stress moments like move-in days or tight turnarounds.
• Handle revisions with grace, ensuring changes don’t compromise the overall vision.
• Attend site visits regularly to check progress and troubleshoot issues early.

Preferred:

• Capable of preparing professional design proposals, documentation, and specification packages.
• Wants to grow into roles like Senior Interior Designer, Project Lead, or Creative Director.
• Enjoys transforming interiors into environments that inspire comfort, productivity, or emotion.
• Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Values beauty, functionality, and human-centered thinking in every space designed.
