Description:

We’re hiring a skilled and creative UX/UI Designer to join our remote team and design intuitive and engaging user experiences. You’ll be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional designs that meet user needs and enhance usability. You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate ideas into interactive, intuitive designs. You’ll create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design solutions. You’ll ensure that all designs are responsive, ensuring a seamless experience across mobile and desktop platforms. You’ll work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and optimize the user experience. Basic Qualifications:

• Iterate on feedback quickly and thoughtfully, refining designs based on input from users, developers, and product teams.
• Help identify UX pain points in live products and propose thoughtful, user-centric improvements.
• Help shape a design culture remotely—through critique, templates, documentation, or mentorship if needed.
• Advocate for the user at every stage of the product lifecycle while keeping business goals in mind.
• Support multiple projects at once while maintaining design integrity, deadlines, and internal standards.

Preferred:

• Capable of building interactive prototypes to demonstrate key product flows.
• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Framer.
• Able to iterate designs based on real-time feedback and product updates.
• Can follow brand guidelines while adding user-friendly improvements.
• Comfortable balancing creativity with product constraints and technical feasibility.

You’ll be involved in the continuous improvement of product designs, ensuring they evolve to meet changing user needs and expectations. You’ll provide detailed specifications and guidelines to ensure proper implementation of your designs in the final product.
