Description:

We’re hiring a Factory Operator to join our production team — someone reliable, mechanically minded, and focused on keeping manufacturing lines running smoothly and safely. You’ll operate heavy-duty equipment such as press brakes, rollers, furnaces, or cutting machines depending on your assigned station. You’ll assist in loading raw metal stock, adjusting machine settings, and aligning materials for accurate processing. You’ll assist in labeling, sealing, and boxing finished goods for shipment while maintaining consistency and speed. You’ll follow strict hygiene protocols — washing hands regularly, wearing PPE, and avoiding contamination at all times. You’ll document machine output, downtime, and quality control data in digital systems as part of production tracking. You’ll work from technical manuals, visual diagrams, or on-screen prompts to follow exact procedures with minimal supervision. You’ll rotate between production, inspection, and packing stations depending on line needs and staffing. You’ll rotate through hot zones, cool-down stations, and prep areas while following strict PPE requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Follow start-up and shutdown procedures for assigned machines at beginning and end of shift.
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors and maintenance teams about equipment problems.
  • Follow work orders, blueprints, or schematics to ensure proper assembly and measurements.
  • Package, label, or stack finished goods for storage or shipping as instructed.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in production orders, product types, or equipment adjustments.

Preferred:

  • Background or interest in industrial operations, mechanical systems, or manufacturing processes.
  • Understands the importance of minimizing downtime, waste, and safety risks on the factory floor.
  • Comfortable meeting production quotas and efficiency targets while maintaining product quality.
  • Able to follow technical instructions, blueprints, or standard operating procedures (SOPs) with accuracy.
  • Open to learning how to operate new machines, follow new product specs, or apply lean manufacturing principles.

Benefits:

  • Your work keeps the wheels of industry turning — you play an essential role in production.
  • Job stability — factories are the backbone of manufacturing, and your position is critical.
  • Support for work-life balance — we respect your personal time and help you manage your schedule.
  • A hands-on job with real impact — you’ll see the results of your work every day as products are made and shipped.
  • Work with modern equipment — we invest in the latest technology to ensure you have the best tools available.

You’ll help resolve minor mechanical jams and notify maintenance teams of any equipment concerns. You’ll stay alert to temperature, weight, and time targets to ensure food quality and freshness. You’ll rotate between different machines or departments depending on production needs and shift coverage. You’ll be expected to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and stay alert in noisy, high-energy conditions. You’ll contribute ideas for process improvement and equipment optimization during team meetings or audits. You’ll be expected to stay focused and organized even during long or repetitive tasks under low supervision. Prior experience in metalwork or industrial machinery is a strong plus, but not required if you’re physically ready and willing to learn. If you take pride in precision, consistency, and running equipment that builds something real, we’re ready to welcome you to the line. If you're ready to keep production moving, meet goals, and support your team, we’re ready to have you on the floor.
