Description:

We’re seeking a Fashion Designer who doesn’t just follow trends — but defines them through vision, silhouette, and emotion. You’ll lead the design of ready-to-wear collections that are as thoughtful as they are wearable — built for real people, real bodies, and real lives. You’ll sketch original concepts and translate them into technical drawings that guide development with precision and clarity. We expect you to take inspiration from culture, history, and modern life — and filter it into garments that speak with clarity and depth. You’ll work closely with pattern makers, seamstresses, and production teams to bring your sketches to life with precision. You’ll also work closely with the creative team to shape lookbooks, runway styling, and campaign aesthetics. We’ll rely on your ability to merge personal inspiration with brand vision, delivering collections that are cohesive but never predictable. You’ll also contribute to campaign styling, show presentations, and visual storytelling alongside the creative team. You’ll track development schedules and contribute to timelines that move designs from concept to rack.

Basic Qualifications:

• Adapt designs based on production constraints, sustainability goals, or budget limitations.
• Revise and refine collections based on feedback, samples, and wearability testing.
• Create mood boards, lookbooks, and technical drawings to communicate your ideas clearly to the team.
• Be ready to design everything from a capsule wardrobe to a one-off runway piece.
• Attend trade shows, supplier meetings, or fabric markets to source materials and spark inspiration.

Preferred:

• Proficient in fashion design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CLO 3D for creating sketches and technical flats.
• Capable of maintaining a cohesive aesthetic across full capsule or runway collections.
• Able to support fashion shows, lookbooks, or e-commerce shoots with creative styling and coordination.
• Able to design across categories such as womenswear, menswear, accessories, or athleisure.
• Experience designing collections from concept to production, including mood boards, color palettes, and fabric selection.
