Description:

We’re hiring a Factory Operator to join our production team — someone reliable, mechanically minded, and focused on keeping manufacturing lines running smoothly and safely. You’ll oversee computerized equipment from setup to shutdown, ensuring every stage runs smoothly and according to specification. You’ll monitor gauges, sensors, and displays to ensure equipment is functioning correctly and within safety limits. You’ll be responsible for starting, stopping, and cleaning machines during product changes or shift transitions. You’ll perform regular quality checks — inspecting products for defects, alignment, and labeling accuracy. You’ll document machine output, downtime, and quality control data in digital systems as part of production tracking. You’ll work from technical manuals, visual diagrams, or on-screen prompts to follow exact procedures with minimal supervision. You’ll document material usage, scrap, and output volume for production tracking and compliance records. You’ll coordinate with maintenance teams to assist during breakdowns or scheduled equipment service.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Be flexible with rotating shifts, overtime, or weekend work during peak production periods.
  • Support coworkers and fill in on different lines when needed during peak production.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, free of safety hazards and unnecessary clutter.
  • Report accidents, near-misses, or unsafe conditions immediately for corrective action.
  • Package, label, or stack finished goods for storage or shipping as instructed.

Preferred:

  • Comfortable meeting production quotas and efficiency targets while maintaining product quality.
  • Willing to cross-train on different machines or departments to support flexible production needs.
  • Values discipline, consistency, and safety in a structured production environment.
  • Background or interest in industrial operations, mechanical systems, or manufacturing processes.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, assembly line, or industrial production environment.

Benefits:

  • Opportunity to make a real difference — you’re part of the backbone of the manufacturing process, and your role matters.
  • Team-based work culture — collaborate with people who share your dedication to quality and productivity.
  • A stable career path in a growing industry — manufacturing is essential, and there will always be a need for skilled operators.
  • Paid training and development — we provide the tools and support for you to become more skilled and advance your career.
  • Support for work-life balance — we respect your personal time and help you manage your schedule.

You’ll help maintain a clean, organized work area by following housekeeping schedules and waste management protocols. You’ll contribute to lean manufacturing efforts by identifying inefficiencies and participating in kaizen or 5S programs. You’ll rotate through different stations or machines as assigned to support cross-training and workflow flexibility. You’ll attend regular safety briefings, team huddles, and training updates to stay aligned with operational standards. You’ll be expected to work on your feet in a chilled, clean, and sometimes fast-paced environment. You’ll be expected to stand, move, and focus for long shifts — often around moving parts and loud environments. Prior factory experience is a plus, but attitude and dependability matter more than background. If you care about feeding people safely and consistently, we’re ready to train you for the factory floor. If you're ready to keep production moving, meet goals, and support your team, we’re ready to have you on the floor.
