Description:
We’re looking for a Remote HR Coordinator to help drive our HR processes, from recruitment to employee support, in a remote-first environment. You’ll manage job postings, interview scheduling, and new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for every new team member. You’ll guide new hires through a smooth onboarding process, ensuring they feel welcomed and well-prepared for their role. You’ll handle administrative tasks like maintaining employee records, tracking attendance, and supporting payroll processes. You’ll coordinate benefits administration, answer employee questions, and help them navigate their options. You’ll ensure compliance with labor laws and assist in the implementation of HR policies that reflect best practices. You’ll support our employees with training, career development, and performance evaluations to ensure continuous growth. You’ll coordinate internal communications and act as the point of contact for all HR-related questions. You’ll track and report on key HR metrics, using data to improve and refine our processes and operations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Help implement DEI initiatives by tracking participation, gathering feedback, and supporting communication efforts.
- Assist with remote learning initiatives by coordinating access to training platforms, tracking participation, and gathering feedback.
- Help update and manage employee databases, internal directories, and Slack channels based on team changes.
- Be proactive—flag recurring issues, identify process gaps, and suggest solutions, not just problems.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions, directing employees to the right resources or escalating when needed.
Preferred:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling employee records and deadlines.
- Familiar with tools like BambooHR, Gusto, Deel, or Google Workspace for HR coordination tasks.
- Enjoys building systems that support employees and help companies scale.
- Background or strong interest in human resources, business administration, or people operations.
- Comfortable communicating with candidates, employees, and hiring managers remotely.
