Description:

We’re hiring a Car Washer with a focus on detailing — ideal for someone who’s meticulous, hands-on, and takes real pride in making every vehicle look showroom-ready. You’ll clean the exterior of cars using pressure washers, foam sprayers, brushes, and drying towels with speed and precision. You’ll vacuum interiors, wipe down dashboards, clean windows, and remove trash to leave cabins fresh and guest-ready. You’ll work in teams to cover large surface areas quickly and safely, rotating between different parts of the vehicle during the wash cycle. You’ll be trained to use buffers, extractors, steamer machines, and fine-detail brushes to achieve professional-level results. You’ll work with new arrivals from transport trucks, removing stickers, cleaning protective wraps, and restoring shine. You’ll follow checklists for fleet washing, ensuring consistency and quality across dozens of vehicles each shift. You’ll work on luxury cars, daily drivers, SUVs, and even motorcycles — each one requiring unique care and techniques. You’ll help refill soaps, clean microfiber towels, organize supplies, and maintain a tidy wash area.

Basic Qualifications:

• Clean windows, mirrors, wheels, and tires to remove dirt, brake dust, and grime.
• Help maintain equipment and notify the team of any maintenance issues or malfunctions.
• Assist with drying vehicles using microfiber towels, air blowers, or chamois for a spotless finish.
• Respect personal property left inside vehicles and report anything unusual or valuable found.
• Take pride in making each car look its best, from economy models to luxury vehicles.

Preferred:

• Willing to assist with prepping vehicles before service (e.g., removing debris, rinsing, taping delicate areas).
• Physically fit and able to stand, bend, lift, and move quickly while cleaning vehicles.
• Open to learning interior shampooing, engine bay cleaning, or ceramic coating preparation tasks.
• Willing to assist with cleaning work areas, maintaining tools, or restocking supplies.
• Pays close attention to detail when cleaning wheels, windows, mirrors, mats, and dashboard areas.

You’ll be trained on proper care for sensitive surfaces like matte paint, chrome trim, and infotainment screens. You’ll rotate between washing, drying, interior detailing, and customer hand-offs based on demand. You’ll communicate with the team to stay in sync during peak hours and keep wait times low. You’ll be trained on customer service, chemical safety, and how to operate equipment efficiently in driveways or parking lots. You’ll communicate with fleet managers, drivers, or mechanics to flag any damage, residue, or unusual issues found during washing. You’ll photograph before-and-after shots for customer satisfaction or portfolio use if needed.
