Description:

We’re hiring a Discord Server Designer who can transform a blank canvas into a vibrant, active community hub. You’ll be the mastermind behind the server’s structure, making sure it’s intuitive, engaging, and easy for everyone to navigate. Your creativity will shine through in custom channel layouts, user roles, and graphics that make the server feel alive and welcoming. You’ll create custom server graphics, including banners, icons, and other visual elements to enhance the community vibe. You’ll integrate bots and other tools to enhance server functionality and automate tasks that make the community run smoothly. You’ll collaborate with the community management team to keep the space safe, friendly, and inclusive for all members. You’ll incorporate bots and automations to streamline tasks, enhance interaction, and improve member management. You’ll also create and manage custom bots, integrations, and automations to improve server functionality. You’ll make sure the server is secure by setting up appropriate permissions and moderating features to keep the space safe and welcoming.

Basic Qualifications:

• Help migrate or restructure existing servers without losing data, channels, or community engagement.
• Create and maintain reaction roles, auto-moderation rules, and logging channels to support smooth server operations.
• Configure automation tools and bot integrations for moderation, announcements, leveling systems, or custom commands.
• Support multilingual or multi-region setups by designing separate zones or language-specific roles if needed.
• Support branding consistency by using proper naming, visuals, and tone across the server.

Preferred:

• Keeps up with Discord feature updates and knows how to implement new tools effectively.
• Familiar with bots like MEE6, Dyno, Carl-bot, or custom bots for automation and interaction.
• Wants to build Discord communities that are fun, functional, and future-proof.
• Understands Discord permissions, roles, and moderation settings for secure environments.
• Understands the importance of role hierarchy and permission boundaries.
