Description:

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Remote Recruiter to help us attract and hire top talent for our company. You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending offers and onboarding. You’ll collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for each role. You’ll proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. You’ll review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role. You’ll manage candidate relationships, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment process. You’ll ensure that all hiring activities are aligned with the company’s values, culture, and growth objectives. You’ll assist with interview coordination, scheduling meetings with hiring managers, and ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.

Basic Qualifications:

• Partner with DEI initiatives by sourcing diverse candidates and promoting inclusive hiring practices.
• Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process, providing updates and prompt responses to questions.
• Stay up to date on remote hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate expectations for distributed teams.
• Provide a positive experience for every applicant—even those who don’t move forward—by offering feedback or closure when possible.
• Suggest process improvements and tech tools to streamline sourcing, screening, or scheduling.

Preferred:

• Experience with sourcing and screening candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, or niche job boards.
• Thrives in fast-paced, remote environments where communication and initiative are key.
• Comfortable interviewing for technical, creative, or operational roles depending on the need.
• Can handle high-volume recruitment and prioritize based on urgency and business goals.
• Pays attention to candidate experience, from outreach to rejection messages.
