Description:

We’re looking for an Interior Designer who understands how to make a space feel like home — someone who listens deeply, designs with empathy, and creates environments that reflect people’s lives and stories. You’ll be responsible for developing design concepts that balance comfort, aesthetics, and function across residential and commercial interiors. You’ll create layouts, finishes palettes, and 3D visualizations that reflect the unique goals and personalities of each client. You’ll interpret client goals into cohesive spatial experiences, weaving together light, material, texture, and proportion. You’ll collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to align your vision with building constraints and timelines. You’ll guide clients through material options, finishes, color palettes, and spatial configurations that support both form and function. You’ll attend site walkthroughs, adapt to on-site realities, and ensure every detail meets your standards. You’ll present your work with clarity and confidence, backing each choice with logic, emotion, or both. You’ll also help clients see possibilities they never imagined — then show them how to make it real.

Basic Qualifications:

• Source unique or custom furnishings and finishes that elevate the space.
• Design with emotion—spaces should tell stories, create comfort, and inspire those who live or work in them.
• Prepare documentation including floor plans, elevations, and materials lists.
• Attend site visits regularly to check progress and troubleshoot issues early.
• Handle revisions with grace, ensuring changes don’t compromise the overall vision.

Preferred:

• Values beauty, functionality, and human-centered thinking in every space designed.
• Comfortable preparing client presentations and defending design decisions with clarity and rationale.
• Able to develop mood boards, material palettes, and 3D visualizations that align with client preferences and brand identity.
• Comfortable working within space planning, lighting design, and furniture layout principles.
• Familiar with selecting finishes, textiles, color schemes, and furnishings that suit both budget and concept.
