Description:

We’re hiring a Medical Laboratory Technician who knows that accuracy isn’t optional — it’s everything. You’ll handle patient specimens with care, consistency, and full awareness of the responsibility in your hands. You’ll be trained in how to handle biological samples with care, label them correctly, and avoid the small mistakes that can make a big difference. You will assist in daily equipment checks, basic calibrations, and maintaining environmental conditions required for certified diagnostic operations. You’ll observe how professionals maintain strict compliance with internal SOPs, governmental standards, and accreditation requirements (e. You’ll start with basics: labeling tubes, organizing paperwork, prepping stations, shadowing sample processing, and cleaning equipment with care. You’ll observe proper safety protocols, understand why PPE matters, and build habits that will serve you in every lab from here on out. You’ll be expected to log every step of your workflow, track time precisely, and note anomalies clearly during shadowed procedures. You’ll learn to handle human error, avoid contamination, and recover with confidence when something doesn’t go as planned. You’ll begin to understand how lab values connect to patient symptoms, how flags are reviewed, and when results need a second check.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Maintain organized records of test batches, equipment logs, reagent inventory, and maintenance schedules for audits and inspections.
  • Contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient lab environment—properly disposing of waste and maintaining sterile workstations.
  • Help track and manage inventory of lab supplies and reagents—restocking or alerting supervisors when levels run low.
  • Keep current with new testing methods, laboratory techniques, and industry standards through continued education or training.
  • Recognize abnormal findings and know when to notify supervising staff for further evaluation or review.

Preferred:

  • Open to continuous training and staying updated with new testing methods and technologies.
  • Follows strict protocols for specimen labeling, preparation, and storage to ensure test validity.
  • Can support inventory management and supply ordering to keep the lab fully stocked.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, or on-call schedules in a 24/7 lab environment.
  • Knowledge of infection control procedures, safety protocols, and proper disposal of hazardous materials.

Benefits:

  • We provide high-quality instruments, clear protocols, and safety-first culture — your role is respected and protected.
  • Breaks are real, PPE is stocked, and you’ll never be left to guess without support.
  • You’ll work in a calm, respectful setting where science and care meet.
  • Opportunities to grow into Lead Technician, Quality Control Officer, or Medical Technologist roles.
  • We believe lab work is essential, not invisible — and we treat our technicians like the professionals they are.

You’ll help maintain inventory, order supplies, and ensure that nothing essential runs out when it matters most. You’ll play a vital role in diagnosis — even if most patients never meet you. You’ll learn how to work efficiently without rushing, and how to prioritize accuracy over speed when it counts most. You’ll treat patient data with the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism, and care. You’ll help keep the lab stocked, the workflow moving, and the results accurate. You’ll leave each shift knowing you contributed to something bigger, even if you never saw the patient face-to-face. You’ll develop a foundational understanding of medical diagnostics — not from theory, but from applied practice and precision. You’ll begin as an observer, but you’re expected to grow into a contributor — someone trusted to perform basic procedures to protocol. If you’re ready to build serious technical habits, work under strict standards, and grow in a professional medical lab setting — we’re ready to train you properly.
