Description:

We’re seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team and ensure the smooth and efficient movement of goods. You’ll be responsible for coordinating the logistics process from suppliers to customers, ensuring that all goods are shipped on time. Deadlines are your comfort zone, and juggling multiple tasks doesn’t scare you — it energizes you. You’ll help manage logistics documentation, including shipment tracking, customs paperwork, and delivery schedules. You’ll assist in managing shipping schedules, working with third-party providers to ensure that all orders are fulfilled within the agreed timeframe. Your inbox is a battlefield, but you conquer it daily with clear communication and fast responses. If there's a disruption in the supply chain, you're the first to jump in with a backup plan. You’ll keep our operations running like a well-oiled machine — even when challenges arise. You’ll manage logistics documentation, including customs paperwork, import/export declarations, and delivery receipts.

Basic Qualifications:

• Use tools like Excel, SAP, NetSuite, or logistics software to track orders, shipments, and stock levels accurately.
• Support emergency or rush orders by coordinating fast-track delivery solutions or alternative routing.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding shipment ETAs, changes, or issues—maintaining professionalism and transparency.
• Work with freight forwarders, courier services, or 3PL providers to compare rates, arrange transportation, and manage logistics costs.
• Track shipments using logistics platforms and provide real-time updates or reports to stakeholders and customers.

Preferred:

• Familiar with logistics software, shipping platforms, or spreadsheets for tracking orders.
• Able to communicate clearly with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Comfortable handling shipping paperwork such as invoices, packing lists, and customs forms.
• Organized with managing schedules, stock levels, and delivery calendars across time zones.
• Can assist in forecasting logistics needs for upcoming launches or seasonal peaks.
