Description:

We’re looking for a creative Social Media Manager to develop and execute social media strategies that enhance our brand’s digital presence. You’ll manage the brand’s social media profiles, crafting engaging posts, and interacting with our community on various platforms. You’ll be responsible for curating content, writing copy, and creating visuals that resonate with our audience and reflect the brand’s values. You’ll analyze key performance metrics, track engagement, and optimize social media strategies based on data-driven insights. You’ll stay on top of industry trends, experimenting with new features and tools to continuously improve our social media presence. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media campaigns are aligned with the overall business strategy. You’ll monitor brand mentions, engage with followers, and foster relationships to create a loyal online community. You’ll create and manage social media advertising campaigns, ensuring they reach the right audience and achieve the desired goals.

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintain an organized asset library—logos, templates, past posts, captions—for efficiency and reuse.
• Create internal guidelines or SOPs for voice, visuals, and platform usage as the brand evolves.
• Be the internal advocate for social—educate teams on what performs well and why social content matters.
• Coordinate with influencers or UGC creators to repurpose content or run co-branded promotions.
• Coordinate with paid media teams (if applicable) to align organic and promoted content strategies.

Preferred:

• Familiar with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
• Understands how to create platform-specific content strategies based on audience behavior.
• Pays close attention to detail, grammar, and formatting across channels.
• Experience managing social media accounts for brands, influencers, or personal projects.
• Can manage content calendars, cross-posting, and platform-specific guidelines.
