We’re seeking a Webflow Developer who doesn’t just build websites — you craft digital experiences that feel smooth, modern, and intentional. You thrive in the space between design and development — taking static mockups and transforming them into dynamic, responsive, and conversion-focused websites. You take pride in structured class naming, fully responsive layouts, and lightning-fast page loads. You’ve worked with CMS collections, multi-step interactions, and know how to make animations feel intentional, not gimmicky. You know your way around CMS collections, dynamic filtering, and multi-step interactions, and you’re comfortable adding custom embeds when Webflow’s native tools aren’t quite enough. You care about performance, accessibility, SEO fundamentals, and page speed — all the little things that turn a good site into a great one. When necessary, you aren’t afraid to implement custom code embeds, tweak interactions with JavaScript, or integrate external services through tools like Zapier or Make.

Basic Qualifications:

• Export and hand off clean HTML/CSS when needed, especially for hybrid setups or migration plans.
• Adapt design elements when necessary for responsiveness without compromising the brand feel.
• Integrate third-party tools like forms, analytics, marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot) into Webflow workflows.
• Implement interactions, animations, and CMS structures using Webflow's native tools to enhance UX without bloating performance.
• Troubleshoot layout bugs, cross-browser issues, and performance bottlenecks before or after launch.

Preferred:

• Proficient in Webflow with experience building responsive websites from scratch.
• Can work with Webflow CMS to power blogs, portfolios, or content-heavy sections.
• Familiar with using custom code blocks (HTML, CSS, JS) when needed.
• Knows how to use integrations like Zapier, Memberstack, Jetboost, or Finsweet libraries.
• Comfortable collaborating with designers, marketers, and clients directly.
