Description:

We’re looking for a Remote CRM Specialist who knows how to turn messy data into smooth, actionable insights. You’ll be responsible for designing CRM processes that actually support the way our team works — not slow it down. Your mission is to keep our sales and support teams informed, aligned, and running like clockwork. You’ll own the CRM workflows, automations, and reporting dashboards that drive smarter decisions. You’ll clean messy data, merge duplicates, and establish naming conventions that make sense for everyone. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and support to ensure the CRM reflects real-time customer journeys. You’ll create dynamic fields, logic branches, and tags that reflect customer behaviors and lifecycles. Your dashboards will be clear, your logic will be tight, and your systems will save time for everyone involved. You’ll also document your work and create internal guides so teams can understand and trust the data they use.

Basic Qualifications:

• Segment leads and customers based on behavior, demographics, or lifecycle stage to support personalized outreach and campaigns.
• Support onboarding of new team members by training them on CRM best practices, workflows, and data hygiene standards.
• Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system (like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho) to ensure accurate, organized, and up-to-date customer data.
• Assist in migrating data from spreadsheets, legacy tools, or other platforms into the CRM smoothly and securely.
• Support marketing efforts by managing contact lists, tags, and segmentation for email and ad campaigns.

Preferred:

• Can set up and optimize workflows, email sequences, and lead scoring systems.
• Comfortable collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams remotely.
• Familiar with segmentation, tagging, and filtering contacts for targeted outreach.
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive.
• Organized and methodical in managing CRM hygiene, deduplication, and process optimization.
