Description:

We’re looking for a talented and creative Content Writer to join our remote team and help produce high-quality, engaging content. You’ll be responsible for writing blog posts, articles, product descriptions, and other content that resonates with our audience. You’ll work with the marketing team to ensure that all content aligns with our strategic goals and drives traffic to our website. You’ll research relevant topics, identify industry trends, and stay updated on the latest content strategies to inform your writing. You’ll ensure all content is optimized for SEO, using best practices to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings. You’ll write clear, concise, and compelling copy that educates and entertains readers while driving action. You’ll create content for various digital platforms, including blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns. You’ll collaborate with designers and other team members to ensure the visual and written content are aligned and effective. You’ll manage your time effectively, working on multiple writing projects and ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.

Basic Qualifications:

• Write engaging, well-researched, and original content for blogs, websites, newsletters, and social media posts that matches the brand voice.
• Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized assets for social media, email, or slides when needed.
• Build trust with readers by citing sources, linking to reputable sites, and avoiding fluff or filler.
• Use tools like Grammarly, Hemingway, or SurferSEO to refine clarity, structure, and keyword balance.
• Collaborate with editors, SEO strategists, and designers to align content with overall marketing goals and content calendars.

Preferred:

• Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, informative, and engaging content.
• Familiar with basic SEO practices such as keyword integration and meta descriptions.
• Keeps up with industry trends and content styles in marketing, tech, or lifestyle niches.
• Background or interest in journalism, creative writing, digital marketing, or communications.
• Capable of rewriting or repurposing existing content to improve quality and performance.
