Description:

We’re hiring a Remote Branding Consultant to help businesses build strong, recognizable brands that resonate with their target audience. You’ll work with clients to understand their business, values, and vision, creating personalized branding strategies that stand out. You’ll assist in developing brand messaging, positioning, and voice, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. You’ll help clients create compelling brand stories that highlight their unique value proposition and connect with customers emotionally. You’ll advise on how to refine brand positioning and differentiation strategies, helping businesses stand out in their industry. You’ll help clients develop brand guidelines to ensure cohesive communication and design across all channels. You’ll analyze industry trends, market conditions, and consumer behavior to provide actionable insights that inform branding decisions. You’ll help clients build a cohesive and recognizable brand presence across digital platforms, including social media and websites. You’ll work remotely, offering your expertise to businesses of all sizes and industries, from startups to established companies.

Basic Qualifications:

• Support rebranding initiatives by outlining what to keep, what to evolve, and how to manage the transition smoothly.
• Build out customer personas and messaging frameworks to guide marketing and content decisions.
• Conduct discovery sessions via Zoom or async forms to gather context and insights from stakeholders or founders.
• Help clients choose or refine brand names, taglines, or product messaging that aligns with their goals and values.
• Provide feedback on visual assets (logos, mockups, ads) to ensure they reflect the brand’s essence and positioning.

Preferred:

• Pays attention to competitor positioning and helps clients stand out authentically.
• Wants to grow into roles like Brand Strategist, Creative Director, or Fractional CMO.
• Able to translate business goals into clear messaging and visual direction.
• Experience developing brand identities including voice, visuals, and positioning.
• Willing to collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams on rollout plans.

You’ll assist with rebranding efforts, helping businesses refresh their image while maintaining their core values. You’ll track the effectiveness of branding strategies, measuring success through KPIs and metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. You’ll develop brand strategies for product launches, rebranding efforts, and brand awareness campaigns that resonate with the target audience. You’ll evaluate competitors’ branding strategies, identifying opportunities for differentiation and improvement. You’ll assist with campaigns, helping to establish brand awareness and strengthen the client’s presence in their industry. You’ll collaborate with other marketing experts to ensure the brand experience is consistent across all channels. This is a remote position, offering flexibility while delivering high-quality consulting services to a diverse set of clients.
