Description:
We’re hiring a Remote HR Coordinator to be the backbone of our HR operations, handling recruitment, benefits, and employee relations. You’ll play an essential role in the recruitment process, from posting job openings to coordinating interviews and helping to select top talent. You’ll be responsible for scheduling interviews, preparing onboarding materials, and supporting new hires throughout their first days. You’ll be the go-to for all HR-related inquiries, providing employees with information on policies, benefits, and company practices. You’ll play a key role in fostering a positive company culture, ensuring that all employees feel valued and supported. You’ll assist with employee development programs, helping to organize training sessions and performance reviews. You’ll be an advocate for a positive work environment, facilitating employee engagement and addressing concerns as they arise. You’ll collaborate with the leadership team to help develop and implement employee growth initiatives and performance reviews. You’ll also help with compliance, ensuring that the company follows labor laws and regulations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and employment verifications as part of the hiring pipeline.
- Assist in maintaining internal HR documentation, such as policies, handbooks, org charts, and FAQ pages.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and feedback collection with hiring managers and recruiters.
- Be proactive—flag recurring issues, identify process gaps, and suggest solutions, not just problems.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions, directing employees to the right resources or escalating when needed.
Preferred:
- Comfortable communicating with candidates, employees, and hiring managers remotely.
- Comfortable maintaining digital files, updating HR systems, and ensuring accurate data entry.
- Understands the importance of employee experience and retention from day one.
- Willing to follow checklists and help improve workflows over time.
- Enjoys building systems that support employees and help companies scale.

You’ll support HR software implementation and management to streamline tasks and improve workflows. You’ll work with various HR tools and software to automate processes and improve overall efficiency. You’ll be expected to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information with care, and approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.
