Description:

We’re hiring an Exterior Painter to work on building facades, balconies, fences, and high walls — ideal for someone who’s not afraid of heights, works well outdoors, and values lasting protection and curb appeal. You’ll work on apartments, houses, and commercial units during their final phase before handover to owners or tenants. You’ll prepare surfaces using sandblasting, pressure washing, grinding, or chemical treatments to ensure proper adhesion. You’ll prepare high-end surfaces by sanding, skimming, priming, and taping with exceptional attention to cleanliness and straight lines. You’ll protect furniture, floors, and surrounding areas with tape, drop cloths, and plastic sheeting before each job begins. You’ll wear full PPE including respirators, coveralls, gloves, and eye protection in regulated work environments. You’ll perform touch-ups, re-coats, and spot repairs for scratches, dents, or uneven surfaces after inspection. You’ll be trained to follow build schedules, paint specifications, and construction safety protocols on every site. You’ll rotate between residential homes, offices, retail spaces, and renovation sites based on the project schedule.

Basic Qualifications:

• Estimate time, materials, and labor for upcoming jobs and communicate with clients or team leads.
• Stay updated on eco-friendly paints, surface trends, and advanced application tools.
• Follow safety protocols when working with ladders, scaffolding, and chemical products.
• Collaborate with construction crews, electricians, or other trades to coordinate work timelines.
• Apply multiple coats as needed, allowing appropriate drying time between layers.

Preferred:

• Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, or lifts while observing proper safety practices.
• Capable of reading blueprints, work orders, or verbal instructions to follow job requirements accurately.
• Willing to work in occupied spaces respectfully, maintaining a clean and quiet work environment.
• Can provide excellent results on both rough and fine-finish painting tasks.
• Able to complete projects on schedule and follow task sequences from prep to finish.

You’ll use ladders, scaffolding, and safety gear while working at height or in tight corners. You’ll help clean brushes, rollers, trays, and workspaces at the end of each shift, leaving the site tidy and professional. You’ll assist with loading and unloading paint materials, tools, and job site supplies. You’ll assist with samples, mockups, and test areas before final application on any custom project. You’ll receive consistent hours and opportunities to move up into team lead or foreman roles over time. You’ll work indoors or outdoors in all seasons depending on the assignment and surface conditions. Experience in decorative or traditional painting is a plus, but we’ll train creative, careful candidates with a passion for interior beauty.
