Description:

We’re hiring a creative Digital Illustrator to help us craft visually stunning and impactful designs for various digital projects. You’ll be responsible for producing original digital illustrations for various platforms, including websites, social media, and advertisements. You’ll collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts, storyboards, and designs that align with project goals and brand identity. You’ll use design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Procreate to produce high-quality digital art that enhances user experience. You’ll translate concepts and ideas into visually compelling illustrations, maintaining a consistent style across different projects. You’ll ensure that your designs are optimized for different screen sizes, ensuring they display perfectly on both desktop and mobile devices. You’ll stay organized by maintaining a library of illustrations and assets, making it easy to retrieve and modify designs as needed. You’ll work closely with art directors and project managers, offering creative input and iterating on designs based on feedback.

Basic Qualifications:

• Work closely with creative directors, designers, or clients to understand the project vision and translate concepts into compelling visuals.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity are reflected in the visual language—diverse characters, clear storytelling, and intentional choices.
• Meet deadlines while balancing multiple projects, often working asynchronously with remote teams or clients.
• Be open to experimenting with new techniques or mediums that push your creative boundaries.
• Support other creatives by collaborating on shared projects, critiquing work, or mentoring junior illustrators if needed.

Preferred:

• Can prepare final files with proper naming, resolution, and export settings.
• Values originality, clarity, and impact in their visual work.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines while maintaining creativity and originality.
• Familiar with using moodboards, style references, or concept sketches in their process.
• Comfortable illustrating in various formats — from print-ready files to web-optimized graphics.
