Description:

We’re looking for a strategic Fiverr Gig Manager to oversee and optimize our gig listings, driving traffic and increasing sales. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling gig titles, descriptions, and images that stand out and attract customers. You’ll monitor gig performance, using data analytics to identify trends, optimize listings, and improve conversion rates. You’ll analyze gig data, track performance, and adjust listings based on results to maximize conversions and visibility. You’ll analyze gig performance and implement strategies to increase visibility, improve rankings, and boost sales. You’ll help manage orders, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service to maintain positive reviews and repeat clients. You’ll track and report on gig performance, adjusting strategies to boost traffic, ranking, and sales. You’ll optimize gig images and video content, ensuring they accurately represent the services offered and align with the brand. You’ll assist with updating gig content, including images, videos, and pricing, to keep everything fresh and competitive.

Basic Qualifications:

• Help with upsells and cross-sells by identifying buyer needs and suggesting relevant services.
• Make each client feel like your only client—even when juggling dozens. Professionalism builds return business.
• Respond with flexibility—some clients are detailed, others vague, and your role is to guide them to clarity.
• Collaborate with freelancers (writers, editors, designers, etc.) if the gig requires multiple contributors.
• Help define pricing tiers, package details, and add-on services to maximize order value and transparency.
