Description:

We’re looking for a Webflow Developer who’s equal parts designer, builder, and digital problem solver. You don’t just know how to use Webflow — you understand how to *build with intention*, creating fast, responsive, and scalable websites that not only look amazing but perform flawlessly. You treat classes, CMS collections, and interactions like tools in an artist’s kit, and you know when to keep it simple and when to push boundaries. You’re fluent in Webflow’s CMS, Interactions, and Designer tools, and you’ve probably built everything from simple landing pages to robust, multi-page marketing websites. You know your way around CMS collections, dynamic filtering, and multi-step interactions, and you’re comfortable adding custom embeds when Webflow’s native tools aren’t quite enough. You understand UX as much as design and can translate static mockups into living, breathing sites with personality and purpose. You know how to use CMS to empower clients and content teams, and you’re confident integrating third-party tools or adding a bit of custom code when Webflow’s native features fall short.

Basic Qualifications:

• Advise non-technical stakeholders on what's possible, what’s not, and how to get there within budget.
• Use Webflow’s built-in form actions, integrations, or Zapier to connect front-end actions with backend tools.
• Handle site backups, version tracking, and duplicate cloning to ensure safety during updates or redesigns.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to bring landing pages, product sites, or microsites to life.
• Implement interactions, animations, and CMS structures using Webflow's native tools to enhance UX without bloating performance.

Preferred:

• Able to export clean code or integrate Webflow builds with third-party tools.
• Experience working with animations, scroll effects, and responsive layouts.
• Able to turn Figma or design mockups into pixel-perfect Webflow websites.
• Comfortable collaborating with designers, marketers, and clients directly.
• Knows how to use integrations like Zapier, Memberstack, Jetboost, or Finsweet libraries.
