Description:

We’re looking for a Sales Assistant Trainee who’s eager to learn the art of customer service, communication, and retail operations — no experience required, just a positive attitude and a willingness to grow. You’ll work alongside experienced team members, greeting customers, answering questions, and helping them find the right products or services. You’ll be trained on how to handle transactions, operate the register, and assist with returns or exchanges professionally and politely. You’ll gradually learn to take initiative — greeting guests, answering questions, and offering support during their shopping experience. You’ll be taught how to listen actively, read customer needs, and offer recommendations that genuinely help — not just sell. You’ll assist with promotional signage, seasonal setups, and backroom prep to keep the store running smoothly. You’ll learn how to stay focused, calm, and helpful — even during peak hours or busy weekends. You’ll be part of team meetings, where you'll learn how promotions, seasonal products, and store strategy are communicated. You’ll develop time management skills by helping during busy hours and staying proactive during quiet ones.

Basic Qualifications:

• Act as a brand ambassador by upholding company values and delivering top-tier service.
• Respond calmly to customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently, whether by cash, card, or mobile.
• Make every shopper feel welcome—whether they’re browsing or buying big.
• Support other departments as needed, especially during busy seasons.

Preferred:

• Able to assist clients with product selection, answer questions, and offer personalized recommendations.
• Can provide feedback to managers about customer preferences or frequently asked questions.
• Organized with handling receipts, gift wrapping, or preparing customer orders for pickup or delivery.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or front-facing sales environments.
• Comfortable handling cash registers, POS systems, and basic transaction processing.
