Description:

We’re looking for a Taxi Driver who enjoys meeting people from all walks of life — especially travelers and tourists — and takes pride in offering a smooth, welcoming ride through the city. You’ll use a mobile app to receive trip requests, navigate to pickup points, and transport riders safely to their destinations. You’ll be the calm, helpful presence people rely on at the end of a long day, a delayed flight, or a night out. You’ll plan routes ahead, check traffic and weather updates, and adjust your timing for smooth, delay-free service. You’ll follow all traffic laws and company policies, putting safety first for both yourself and your passengers. You’ll assist with luggage, open doors when needed, and treat every rider with the respect they deserve. You’ll process payments accurately, provide change when necessary, and issue receipts upon request. You’ll be mindful of special needs, offering patience and support to elderly passengers or those with disabilities. You’ll handle payment with accuracy, providing receipts and breakdowns for longer distances when requested.

Basic Qualifications:

• Report accidents, incidents, or vehicle issues to dispatch or management promptly.
• Handle emergencies calmly, knowing when to pull over, call for help, or reroute if needed.
• Help tourists or newcomers by offering basic info about the city, attractions, or nearby services.
• Respect cultural differences and adapt communication style accordingly when needed.
• Provide friendly, respectful service while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.

Preferred:

• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather.
• Familiar with performing basic vehicle inspections, refueling, and reporting maintenance issues.
• Understands the importance of punctuality, reliability, and passenger trust.
• Able to handle airport pickups, hotel transfers, or scheduled reservations professionally.
• Knows how to manage disputes or difficult passengers calmly and escalate if needed.
