Description:

We’re hiring a Junior Frontend Developer Trainee who’s excited about building clean, responsive, and accessible web interfaces — no experience required, just solid HTML/CSS skills and a willingness to grow. You’ll start by turning static layouts into flexible, mobile-first designs that work across all screen sizes and browsers. We’ll teach you how to read design specs, extract assets, and build UI that respects spacing, typography, and brand consistency. You’ll learn to go beyond layout: timing, easing, delays, and feedback that gives users clarity and confidence. You’ll learn how to build grid systems, use flexbox effectively, and avoid layout hacks that break in production. We’ll show you how to read Figma files, translate mockups into working interfaces, and implement pixel-perfect UIs. You’ll learn how to commit properly, write readable PRs, respond to code reviews, and understand the logic behind team workflows. You’ll discover how inclusive design improves usability for everyone — not just people using assistive tech. You’ll also learn how to use tools like Vite, ESLint, Prettier, and how to debug like a real dev (not just refresh endlessly).

Basic Qualifications:

• Commit code regularly, open pull requests, and respond to review comments with curiosity—not ego.
• Build responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript—starting from Figma or scratch.
• Test components visually and logically before they reach production.
• Write or update simple documentation for components or workflows as you go.
• Take ownership of small parts of the codebase and make them yours.

Preferred:

• Familiar with basic testing practices such as unit tests, snapshot tests, or manual test plans.
• Familiar with using Git and version control platforms like GitHub or GitLab for collaboration.
• Comfortable working with design systems or translating Figma/Sketch mockups into code.
• Willing to pair program, receive code reviews, and contribute to Git pull requests.
• Can consume RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints and render dynamic content.
