Description:

We’re hiring a skilled SEO Specialist to help drive organic growth and improve search engine visibility for our brand. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings. You’ll conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis, identifying high-value keywords and opportunities for growth in competitive markets. You’ll optimize website content, meta tags, and images to ensure all pages are search engine friendly. You’ll monitor search engine algorithms and adapt strategies to ensure compliance with the latest best practices and updates. You’ll analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other SEO tools, tracking key metrics and improving conversion rates. You’ll perform on-page and off-page SEO, including link building, content optimization, and technical SEO audits. You’ll collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed across all content creation and campaigns. You’ll stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging SEO tactics to continuously improve performance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collaborate with content writers to produce SEO-optimized articles, blog posts, and landing pages that drive traffic and conversions.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and user behavior via Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO reporting tools.
• Audit websites regularly to identify technical issues (broken links, duplicate content, slow loading) and coordinate fixes with developers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and marketing teams to embed SEO early in content and UX planning.
• Automate routine SEO tasks where possible, using scripts or tools to save time and scale insights.

Preferred:

• Understands the difference between informational, navigational, and transactional keywords.
• Background or interest in digital marketing, content strategy, or web development.
• Enjoys testing and iterating on strategies to boost visibility and user engagement.
• Understands on-page SEO elements such as meta tags, title optimization, and internal linking.
• Able to perform SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations to improve rankings.

You’ll stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies are cutting-edge. You’ll work on improving the website’s user experience, making sure content is easy to navigate and enhances engagement metrics. This is a remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while driving SEO efforts for a growing company.
