Description:

We’re looking for a Web Designer Trainee who’s eager to bring websites to life — no experience needed, just visual thinking, digital curiosity, and a passion for crafting user-friendly interfaces. You’ll assist in designing website layouts, homepage mockups, and user flows under the guidance of experienced designers. We’ll teach you how to think in components, grids, and breakpoints to ensure your designs work on every screen size. You’ll learn how to structure web content with clarity, balancing whitespace, typography, and visual flow. Expect to work closely with developers to ensure your designs are not only beautiful but buildable. You’ll learn to think about both user needs and business goals when crafting every screen or interaction. We’ll guide you through UI principles, from button states to visual hierarchy to responsive spacing. You’ll assist in organizing design files, preparing assets, and contributing to brand consistency across web pages. You’ll also support A/B testing efforts, helping assess which designs perform best and why.

Basic Qualifications:

• Present design concepts to stakeholders and explain the thinking behind your choices.
• Adapt layouts for mobile, tablet, and desktop with pixel-perfect precision.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and final assets using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Design landing pages, e-commerce experiences, or dashboards depending on project needs.
• Take pride in the work users interact with every day—your designs shape their entire journey.

Preferred:

• Familiar with UX principles, user flows, and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Knows how to optimize design assets for fast load times and clean visual presentation.
• Organized with file versioning, design folders, and project timelines.
• Values clarity, innovation, and functionality in online user experiences.
