Description:
We’re looking for an HR Specialist Trainee who’s ready to learn the art and science of recruiting — no prior experience needed, just strong communication skills, empathy, and an eye for potential. You’ll help craft job postings that are clear, inclusive, and aligned with team needs. We’ll teach you how to evaluate resumes quickly, spot key qualifications, and identify hidden potential in candidates. You’ll assist in screening candidates, reviewing applications, and identifying who best matches each role. You’ll sit in on interviews and learn how to evaluate both hard skills and cultural fit. You’ll get familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR tools, and databases used to manage recruiting workflows. You’ll help draft outreach messages, follow-up emails, and internal hiring updates with clarity and professionalism. You’ll also assist with employer branding efforts — like writing LinkedIn posts or preparing culture decks. We’ll guide you through creating great candidate experiences, even when you’re sending a rejection.
Basic Qualifications:
- Provide feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders promptly and constructively.
- Celebrate every hire—it’s not just a role filled, it’s a team strengthened.
- Prepare hiring reports and provide data-driven insights to improve recruitment strategies.
- Build talent pipelines for frequently hired or hard-to-fill roles in advance.

- Wants to grow into roles like Talent Partner, People Operations Manager, or HR Business Partner.
- Comfortable providing hiring insights, market feedback, or compensation benchmarks to stakeholders.
- Familiar with employment laws, EEOC guidelines, and best practices in fair hiring.
- Willing to support internal HR initiatives such as employer branding or onboarding programs.
- Can collaborate with department heads to refine hiring profiles or revise sourcing strategies.
