Description:
We’re hiring a Factory Operator to join our 24/7 production facility — perfect for someone who’s reliable, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a rotating shift environment. You’ll operate machinery in accordance with daily production plans, adjusting settings as needed to maintain quality and efficiency. You’ll assist in loading raw metal stock, adjusting machine settings, and aligning materials for accurate processing. You’ll watch over conveyor systems, robotic arms, or packaging machines, making real-time adjustments to prevent errors or waste. You’ll rotate through multiple workstations and machines to stay versatile and support smooth operations across all shifts. You’ll document machine output, downtime, and quality control data in digital systems as part of production tracking. You’ll work from technical manuals, visual diagrams, or on-screen prompts to follow exact procedures with minimal supervision. You’ll follow strict safety procedures, wearing protective gear and responding to alarms or hazards calmly and correctly. You’ll coordinate with maintenance staff to report mechanical issues and assist in minor troubleshooting or resets.
Basic Qualifications:
- Report accidents, near-misses, or unsafe conditions immediately for corrective action.
- Be flexible with rotating shifts, overtime, or weekend work during peak production periods.
- Conduct visual inspections of products for defects, damage, or irregularities before approval.
- Work on repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and consistency throughout long shifts.
- Take pride in contributing to products that meet company and customer expectations.
Preferred:
- Thrives in fast-paced, task-oriented settings where precision and output go hand in hand.
- Enjoys working with machines, solving production problems, and contributing to team goals.
- Organized in keeping production logs, inventory counts, and daily output records up to date.
- Familiar with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished goods for shipping or storage.
- Understands and follows safety protocols including lockout/tagout procedures and proper PPE usage.
Benefits:
- Work with modern equipment — we invest in the latest technology to ensure you have the best tools available.
- Recognition for hard work — we value your dedication and celebrate achievements together.
- Job security — manufacturing is an essential industry, offering long-term employment prospects.
- Consistent, reliable hours — predictable shifts, so you can plan your life around work.
- Competitive pay — your role in the production process is valued and fairly compensated.
You’ll support equipment cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments under the direction of maintenance staff. You’ll participate in safety drills, team briefings, and scheduled training even if your shift occurs during non-standard hours. You’ll assist with allergen management by following changeover procedures and ingredient separation rules. You’ll participate in daily briefings, safety reviews, and ongoing operator training sessions. You’ll work alongside a close-knit team where timing, trust, and routine matter — especially overnight. You’ll participate in safety briefings, quality audits, and ongoing cross-training across machines and departments. Prior experience in factory operations is preferred, along with comfort using touchscreens, control panels, or simple diagnostic tools. If you take pride in precision, consistency, and running equipment that builds something real, we’re ready to welcome you to the line. If you're ready to keep production moving, meet goals, and support your team, we’re ready to have you on the floor.
