Description:

We’re searching for a WordPress Assistant who can juggle plugins, tweak themes, and keep content looking sharp without missing a beat. You don’t need to be a developer, but you know how to handle the day-to-day WordPress tasks that keep a site running smoothly — from updating text and images to installing plugins and adjusting page layouts with a visual builder. You’ve likely worked with Elementor, Gutenberg, Divi, or WPBakery, and you understand how to build or edit pages without breaking anything. You’re comfortable using page builders like Elementor or WPBakery, and you know how to make things look good without overcomplicating the backend. You understand how WordPress works — from the media library to permalink structures — and you’re confident helping teams stay on top of updates, backups, and general maintenance. You don’t need to be a full-stack developer, but you understand the basics of how WordPress runs — and when to Google the rest.

Basic Qualifications:

• Monitor site speed and help implement optimizations like lazy loading, minified assets, and caching strategies.
• Provide basic support to content creators or clients on how to navigate and use the admin dashboard.
• Support eCommerce setups (WooCommerce) by managing products, inventory, or simple plugin settings.
• Help configure basic plugins (contact forms, analytics, caching, etc.) and test functionality before go-live.
• Help migrate content from old platforms or staging sites into live WordPress environments.

Preferred:

• Background or strong interest in web design, digital marketing, or content management.
• Comfortable testing site functionality across desktop and mobile devices.
• Able to maintain brand consistency when uploading or editing visual assets.
• Open to learning advanced tools like ACF, CPT UI, or multilingual plugins.
• Excited to grow into roles like WordPress Developer, Content Manager, or Website Administrator.
