Description:

We’re looking for a highly organized E-commerce Assistant to support our online store’s daily operations and growth. You’ll be responsible for managing product listings, ensuring all details such as pricing, images, and descriptions are up to date. You’ll help process and track customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and handling any shipping issues that may arise. You’ll help monitor inventory levels, ensuring products are stocked and available for customers to purchase. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns, manage discounts, and optimize product visibility online. You’ll provide support for customer service inquiries, ensuring timely responses to customer requests and concerns. You’ll monitor the performance of product pages and optimize them for better visibility and higher conversion rates. You’ll generate sales reports and analyze product performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

• Stay informed about platform updates, policy changes, or algorithm shifts that may impact store visibility or operations.
• Respond to customer inquiries or complaints via email or platform messages, maintaining a helpful and professional tone.
• Balance accuracy and speed when updating listings—details matter, but ecommerce moves fast.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support email campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
• Help test new store features or product pages to confirm functionality before launch.

Preferred:

• Can follow brand voice and tone when writing or updating product text.
• Can track and report metrics such as sales, abandoned carts, or traffic using Google Analytics or platform dashboards.
• Organized and detail-oriented with daily checklists for shop maintenance tasks.
• Knows how to research competitors and suggest updates for SEO or pricing strategy.
• Enjoys working behind the scenes to keep online stores running smoothly.
