Description:

We’re hiring a Remote Influencer Outreach Specialist who knows how to build trust, start conversations, and form lasting creator relationships. You’ll be the connector between our brand and the voices that influence our audience — thoughtfully, not transactionally. Your outreach style is warm, intentional, and custom — no cookie-cutter pitches here. You’ll research influencers’ content, engagement, and community tone before ever saying hello. You’ll craft messages that are warm, personal, and relevant, increasing our chances of landing real conversations. You’ll track responses, follow up strategically, and keep clear records of all conversations in our CRM or tracker. You’ll manage back-and-forth comms, finalize agreements, and ensure each collaboration is smooth from intro to delivery. You’ll coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns, messaging, and deliverables. You’ll evaluate influencers not only by follower count, but by authenticity, engagement, and niche alignment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Handle small tasks as needed—creating discount banners, updating announcements, or assisting during peak sales periods.
• Respond to refund requests, complaints, or chargebacks with professionalism, aiming to retain customer goodwill.
• Keep tabs on competitor stores, trends, and pricing strategies to stay ahead of market shifts.
• Manage product listings across platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Etsy—adding descriptions, pricing, variants, and optimized images.
• Update FAQ pages, return/refund policies, and shipping info to reduce customer confusion and support load.

Preferred:

• Can spot low-quality or unreliable suppliers and escalate concerns if needed.
• Excited to help scale a modern, remote-friendly online store step by step.
• Background or interest in e-commerce, marketing, or online business operations.
• Can monitor orders, track shipments, and update customers about delivery status.
• Organized with task tracking, daily checklists, and regular performance reviews.
