Description:

We’re hiring an Email Marketing Assistant to help manage and execute email campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention. You’ll be responsible for drafting and editing email copy, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the audience. You’ll assist with creating visually appealing email templates that are consistent with the brand and optimize user experience. You’ll assist with building and segmenting email lists to target the right audience with personalized content. You’ll help segment email lists to target specific audiences and improve engagement with personalized content. You’ll track and analyze email campaign metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to refine strategies. You’ll collaborate with the design team to ensure email templates are mobile-friendly and visually consistent across devices. You’ll assist in setting up automated email workflows to nurture leads and support customer retention.

Basic Qualifications:

• Support the creation, scheduling, and delivery of email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ConvertKit, or HubSpot.
• Stay updated with email marketing trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to keep campaigns effective.
• Maintain subscriber lists—cleaning bounces, removing duplicates, and ensuring compliance with privacy laws like GDPR/CCPA.
• Support list growth strategies by helping manage lead magnets, freebies, or referral email workflows.
• Monitor deliverability and reputation metrics, helping prevent emails from going to spam or being blocked.

Preferred:

• Excited to support campaign planning, execution, and ongoing optimization.
• Open to researching competitors' email strategies for inspiration and benchmarking.
• Able to follow brand voice and tone guidelines when writing or editing email content.
• Able to work with marketing teams, designers, and copywriters remotely.
