Description:

We’re looking for a Flight Attendant Trainee ready to represent our airline with professionalism, care, and confidence — no experience needed, just a strong work ethic and a love for helping people from all walks of life. You’ll be trained to deliver top-notch care to passengers while ensuring every flight runs smoothly and safely. We’ll train you in in-flight safety procedures, emergency protocols, and how to remain composed in high-stress situations. You’ll assist with cabin preparation, luggage storage, and ensuring all passengers are safely secured for takeoff. Expect to handle a wide range of personalities with kindness, efficiency, and respect. You’ll be taught how to deliver safety briefings, serve food and drinks, and manage special passenger requests. We’ll show you how to keep passengers calm during turbulence, delays, or unexpected situations. You’ll learn international aviation standards, airline policies, and how to work closely with your crew in a tight-knit team. We’ll teach you international service etiquette, brand standards, and how to adapt your tone for different passenger profiles.

Basic Qualifications:

• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate emergency procedures with clarity and calm.
• Bring a smile, even at 35,000 feet—your presence sets the tone for the entire journey.
• Know the aircraft layout inside and out, including emergency exits and equipment.
• Deliver announcements clearly and in multiple languages when needed.
• Represent the airline's image through appearance, professionalism, and excellent service.

Preferred:

• Enjoys dynamic, high-energy environments where adaptability and resilience are essential.
• Flexible with work schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and long-haul rotations.
• Wants to grow into roles like Senior Cabin Crew, Purser, or Inflight Service Manager.
• Comfortable demonstrating safety procedures and ensuring passenger compliance with regulations.
• Physically fit and able to lift luggage, stand for long periods, and assist with emergency evacuations if needed.
