Description:

We’re seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our remote team and deliver excellent customer service. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries via email, phone, and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions. You’ll assist customers with product or service issues, offering clear solutions and providing a positive experience. You’ll document all interactions, track customer issues, and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction with the service provided. You’ll escalate complex issues to the appropriate team, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed effectively and efficiently. You’ll work with the team to escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution. You’ll work closely with other team members to ensure that customers receive the most accurate and up-to-date information. You’ll assist with order processing, including tracking shipments, handling returns, and facilitating exchanges or refunds.

Basic Qualifications:

• Participate in training sessions, weekly check-ins, and team retros to improve processes and stay aligned.
• Assist in improving support documentation by identifying outdated articles or writing new ones based on common questions.
• Support onboarding of new customers by guiding them through first steps or setup flows.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the product or service so you can provide accurate answers and anticipate follow-up questions.
• Document common questions, bugs, and feedback to help improve support docs, FAQs, and internal processes.

Preferred:

• Experience handling customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone support.
• Knows how to identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Willing to participate in feedback loops to improve processes and support quality.
• Can draft help articles, canned responses, or FAQs based on recurring questions.
• Excited to represent the company and its values through every interaction.

You’ll provide product recommendations, assist with order placement, and answer general product-related questions. You’ll assist in managing customer accounts, updating information, and ensuring records are accurate and complete. You’ll assist in the development of customer support materials, such as FAQs and knowledge base articles, to improve self-service options. You’ll help improve operational efficiency by providing feedback on customer interactions and identifying areas for improvement.
