Description:

We’re looking for a talented Copywriter to craft persuasive and engaging content that drives brand awareness and customer engagement. You’ll write engaging blog posts, social media content, website copy, and more to promote our brand and attract our target audience. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and other team members to ensure content aligns with overall brand goals. You’ll conduct thorough research to understand audience needs, industry trends, and competitive content strategies. You’ll write clear, concise, and compelling copy that communicates our message effectively and motivates our audience to take action. You’ll optimize your copy for SEO, incorporating relevant keywords and strategies to improve visibility and rankings. You’ll edit and proofread content, ensuring it is free of errors, cohesive, and aligns with the brand’s tone and style. You’ll help maintain the brand’s consistency across all written content, ensuring a unified voice across different platforms.

Basic Qualifications:

• Keep assets organized—your docs, drafts, and final files should be clean, labeled, and easy to navigate.
• Conduct light research on topics, competitors, or customers to ensure your copy feels relevant and trustworthy.
• Write SEO-friendly copy that balances keyword use with natural, readable language—no keyword stuffing allowed.
• Test and iterate on messaging based on performance data—copy is a craft, but also a science.
• Brainstorm content ideas for blog posts, ad campaigns, or social series with a creative, results-oriented mindset.

Preferred:

• Wants to grow into roles like Brand Copywriter, Content Strategist, or Creative Lead.
• Can balance creativity with conversion-focused writing depending on goals.
• Strong writing skills with a clear, engaging, and persuasive tone.
• Knows how to structure copy for clarity, scannability, and emotional impact.
• Willing to present ideas, brainstorm angles, and participate in creative reviews.
