Description:

We’re looking for a Hairdresser who sees hair as a form of self-expression — someone who’s passionate about creating looks that reflect each client’s personality, mood, and moment. You’ll offer haircuts, color services, treatments, and styling with a modern approach and a high attention to detail. You’ll start each service with a personalized consultation, listening carefully and offering expert advice based on hair type and lifestyle. You’ll offer expert recommendations, explain the maintenance involved, and help each person feel confident in their choice. You’ll maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensuring your tools, station, and equipment are always ready for the next guest. You’ll help build long-term relationships by remembering details, following up after big changes, and creating a welcoming experience. You’ll take part in team trainings, salon meetings, and occasional workshops to grow your skills and stay inspired. You’ll recommend at-home care routines and salon products to keep hair looking and feeling great between visits. You’ll manage your own schedule or work with reception to ensure smooth daily flow and minimal client wait times.

Basic Qualifications:

• Participate in staff meetings or workshops to improve service quality and team coordination.
• Keep track of color formulas and client history for future visits.
• Stay calm under pressure during busy hours or demanding clients.
• Style hair using blow dryers, straighteners, curlers, and products for everyday or special occasions.
• Support bridal, event, or photoshoot styling, including updos and extensions.

Preferred:

• Able to work efficiently with walk-ins, appointments, and special event bookings (e.g. weddings, proms).
• Thrives in energetic, creative spaces where skills, trends, and client care come together.
• Able to assist coworkers and contribute to a team-oriented salon culture.
• Open to training in new techniques, certifications, or brand-specific product lines.
• Can handle feedback professionally and make adjustments to ensure client satisfaction.
