We’re looking for Paramedic Dispatcher Trainees who can stay calm under pressure, think fast, and offer steady guidance through chaos. You’ll be trained to answer emergency calls where every second counts and every word matters. We’ll teach you how to remain steady when voices are shaking, how to ask the right questions, and how to get help moving fast. We’ll train you on how to quickly gather details, code the situation correctly, and deploy medical units without delay. You’ll learn to track ambulances in real time, prioritize incoming calls, and dispatch units with speed and precision. You’ll hear fear, pain, confusion — but your calm tone will be the first sign that help is coming. Accuracy is everything — names, times, addresses, symptoms — even one mistake can delay life-saving help. You’ll be supported by a team who’s been there — people who understand the emotional toll and know how to protect each other from it. Expect high-stress calls, back-to-back emergencies, and split-second decisions — but also deep pride in what you do.

Basic Qualifications:

• Follow protocols for different emergency types while making rapid decisions.
• Participate in regular training on emergency response procedures and systems.
• Log all calls and actions accurately in the system for future reference and reporting.
• Monitor field unit statuses to ensure timely arrival and patient transport.
• Balance multiple incoming calls, updates, and dispatch instructions simultaneously.

• Understands how to work under pressure while maintaining accurate records and logs.
• Capable of quickly updating unit statuses, rerouting crews, and documenting outcomes.
