We’re in search of a Webflow Developer who blends technical skill with creative precision — someone who sees Webflow not just as a tool, but as a full design-to-development canvas. You thrive in the space between design and development — taking static mockups and transforming them into dynamic, responsive, and conversion-focused websites. You know how to take a static Figma file and turn it into a fully responsive, high-performing Webflow site that works flawlessly across devices. Your workflow is clean, organized, and efficient — you know how to set up global styles, name classes with logic, and make edits without breaking the layout. Your class naming system is organized, your layouts are mobile-first, and your published sites load fast and look sharp. When needed, you’re comfortable writing a little custom code to go beyond Webflow’s limitations, but you also know how to keep it clean and maintainable. Your projects are scalable, well-organized, and easy to update, making you a favorite among clients and teammates alike.

Basic Qualifications:

• Implement interactions, animations, and CMS structures using Webflow's native tools to enhance UX without bloating performance.
• Support QA, staging, and deployment processes to ensure launches go smoothly and without surprises.
• Stay organized in file and page structure—clients and teammates should never get lost inside the Webflow project.
• Build fully responsive websites in Webflow from Figma, Sketch, or written briefs—pixel-perfect and mobile-friendly.
• Adapt design elements when necessary for responsiveness without compromising the brand feel.

Preferred:

• Pays attention to detail and ensures consistency in typography, color, and spacing.
• Capable of solving layout problems and debugging visual or structural issues.
• Has a portfolio with live Webflow sites that demonstrate creativity and precision.
• Can work with Webflow CMS to power blogs, portfolios, or content-heavy sections.
• Comfortable managing projects inside the Webflow Designer and Editor modes.
